For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

Account Closure Requests

Deposits

88jg accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, 1LINK, and debit card where applicable. Minimum deposit amounts and any processing fees are displayed in the 88jg account cashier at the time of transaction.

All deposits to 88jg must be made from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit originates from a payment method not owned by the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Wagering Requirements

Technical Errors & Malfunctions

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at 88jg is subject to the specific sports rules applicable to each market, which are published within the sportsbook section. 88jg reserves the right to void, suspend, or amend any market in the event of rule violations by participants, incorrect odds publication, or other circumstances beyond 88jg's control. Bets placed on 88jg are final once confirmed. No bets may be cancelled or reversed after confirmation except at 88jg's sole discretion in extraordinary circumstances such as a proven technical error on 88jg's side.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88jg platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Opening more than one 88jg account per individual, household, or IP address;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with 88jg games;
• Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in 88jg software for financial gain;

All content on the 88jg platform, including but not limited to the 88jg brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game content, and software, is the intellectual property of 88jg or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 88jg platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 88jg content without prior written authorisation from 88jg.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88jg and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:

88jg's total cumulative liability to any Player in connection with the use of the 88jg platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88jg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the 88jg platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 88jg Privacy Policy.

88jg will share Player personal data with third parties only where required by law, necessary for the operation of the platform (including payment processors and game providers), or required as part of 88jg's obligations under its gaming licence. 88jg does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
